How long will it take to get my order?

All of our work is made by hand, to order. February through October the completion and shipping times are 3-4 weeks. Sometimes the piece is already made and can ship out within 5 business days. Dinnerware and 3-piece nesting sets take 6-8 weeks to complete. During the holiday months—End of October- End of January the completion and shipping times may be extended to 6-8 weeks for all orders and dinnerware may not be completed before Christmas. As always, please call us with any concerns and need for a definite date on your order. We will post the wait times on our opening page during the year.

Is this pottery microwave, dishwasher safe, lead free?

Yes! All of our work is lead free, safe for food. Microwaveable. Dishwasher safe. Can be warmed in the oven and chilled in the fridge.

Do you do custom orders?

Very rarely. We have so much work to do that we truly don’t have time. Sometimes, if a customer orders a large dinnerware set and requests something different and custom we will do that for them. Custom pieces are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your order:

Email or call and we will refund your purchase. You will receive an email letting you know when we have refunded your order, your financial institution may take several days to credit your account.

In case you need to return your order:

In cases where you dislike the item or have changed your mind:

Notify us within seven days.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition and will be refunded the purchase price when the item is received in good condition, ***Custom pieces are non-refundable.

In the case of damage in transit to you:

We will replace your item. Please send a photo of the damage to the item and the package, so we can place a claim with USPS.
