Handmade from white stoneware clay, sturdy, yet elegant, these 8" handmade ceramic plates are a part of our handcrafted pottery dinnerware place settings. They can stand alone for lunch or be part of your dinner and dessert service. They are a beautiful addition to any table, the utmost in functionality and versatility.
Family gatherings, everyday meals, or special occasions these handmade pottery salad/dessert plates will set your table in style. Handmade stoneware dishes made with thicker rims and finished with smooth glazes for durability. The utmost in functionality and versatility, the hand thrown pottery pieces can be used separately or together and can be warmed in the oven or chilled in the fridge before serving to help hold the temperature longer. Dishwasher safe for easy clean-up.

Our Story: Barry began his art career working for various pottery studios in California. His functional artwork was sold to numerous galleries and stores. In 1980 he began his own adventure, with his wife Terri and two daughters, and they opened Crutchfield Pottery. Taking most of their work to art shows around the country they built Crutchfield Pottery's solid reputation; winning numerous artist & product awards as well as producing a personal dinnerware set for Steven Spielberg. For over 40 years Crutchfield Pottery has provided beautiful-handmade functional and decorative pottery to homes around the country.
